Hillsdale's Daniel Pittman named GLIAC Defensive Player of the Week

Hillsdale College's Daniel Pittman became the first Charger to earn GLIAC player of the week for the 2012 football season.

The sophomore from Grand Rapids West Catholic intercepted Ohio Dominican quarterback Mark Miller on the game's first player and then again later in the second half.

Pittman also had 6 tackles in the 38-20 win to open conference play.
