Sorry about the late notice, but any Chargers in West Michigan need to be at the Holland MVP Athletic Club tomorrow on Saturday August 1.
Jim McHugh is a fellow 1994 grad who captured the NCAA Division II national high jump championship while at Hillsdale. He now runs the Parisi Speed School at MVP and can dramatically increase an athlete's performance.
The free open session runs from 10 to noon and is for any athlete of any ability level ages 7 and up.
With the season now under a month away, take the challenge and see how ready YOU are.
Check the MVP website for more details.
