Chargers Ranked 11th in 1st Regional Poll

The NCAA has released its first regional poll of the season. Hillsdale squeaks in just under the 12 team cutoff at the 11th spot. Grand Valley is ranked 3rd. Ashland is 5th while Michigan Tech is 8th and Indianapolis is 10th.

Don't try to look at this list and make any sense of it. Go check out the mayhem fans are having at the Message Board.
It is all based on computer formulas that rank based on a number of factors including strength of schedule, out-of-conference games, and a bunch of other factors that we will learn more about as the season nears the end. Don't panic. There is a ton of football to play.

The Chargers must make the top 6 to be playoff eligible. It is all up to them.

1. Nebraska-Omaha (5-0)
2. North Dakota (6-0)
3. Grand Valley State (5-0)
4. Central Washington (4-1)
5. Ashland (3-1)
