According to a Collegian report today, much anticipated athletic building projects appear to be taking shape. The plan will be conducted in three phases with an indoor track and tennis facility coming first, followed by renovations to Jesse Phillips Arena, and capped a few years off by an indoor turf building. The latter is the one probably of most interest to Chargerblue.com readers.
